I can't believe that I haven't updated this blog in over a week!! I have been doing ok as far as my eating goes, not great but not horrible either. Anyway, this is what I had to eat today
Breakfast-turkey and cheese on a 100 calorie bagel-5
Lunch-turkey and cheese sub 8
Dinner-1 1/2 tacos-10, bean salad-3
Snacks-1 orange, candy raspberries-3
Workout-30 minutes elliptical, 100 situps, arm weights, 20 minutes Wii fit-3 Total points-27 Happy Tuesday!!
Breakfast-100 calorie bagel, swiss cheese, turkey-5 points Lunch-1 slice veggie pizza-7 Snack-100 calorie cookies-2 Dinner-I did not count points because I went out with my friends for a girls night but I want to write down everything I ate 1 gin and tonic eggplant parm dinner, Caesar salad, calamari (sp??) (I split all this with 2 friends)
I have been have problems with our wireless internet :( I have been pretty good counting points...until today!! The Superbowl will do that to you!! Anyway, I will be back in full WW mode tomorrow!
Dinner nachos chips with cheese sauce (not a very healthy dinner at all, but it's what I was craving-yum)-10
Snacks 1 piece of banana bread-4 Total points-28 Today was a snow day so the kids and I were home from school/work. I ate pretty good today but I had way too many diet cherry cokes (they are the best!) I know I didn't drink enough water today. I always seem to drink more water when I am at work. I also downloaded a weight watchers app for my iPhone, it cost .99 cents, so worth it!! It makes it so easy to track points during the day because my phone is always with me!
Breakfast Breakfast burrito-7 (as you can see my day did not start off on the right foot, at least I only had one burrito, usually I get 2!) Lunch salad with chicken and chick peas-7 (delicious, I am going to make this for lunch again tomorrow!)
Dinner pork chop-3 mashed potatos-2 baked beans-2 apple sauce-1 Snacks grapes-2 FF popcorn-2 Total Points=26
I am going to start writing down what I eat again...it's the only way that I lose weight. I haven't updated this blog since November 12 and I haven't lost one pound since then!! My mini goal is to post every day until Valentines Day.
