Today was a snow day so the kids and I were home from school/work. I ate pretty good today but I had way too many diet cherry cokes (they are the best!) I know I didn't drink enough water today. I always seem to drink more water when I am at work. I also downloaded a weight watchers app for my iPhone, it cost .99 cents, so worth it!! It makes it so easy to track points during the day because my phone is always with me!
