Starting over...Again!

I am going to start writing down what I eat again...it's the only way that I lose weight. I haven't updated this blog since November 12 and I haven't lost one pound since then!! My mini goal is to post every day until Valentines Day.

Breakfast -4 points
100 calorie bagel, 1 slice light cheese, ham
Lunch-6 points
1 slice of veggie pizza
Dinner-9 points
oatmeal-2 packs
2 slices light bread
1 tsp. LICBINB (light I can't believe it's not butter)

Snacks-1point
ff hot chocolate

Total 20 points
