Feb. 25

Ash Wednesday-no meat for me today because of Ash Wednesday. I ate a ton of carbs today, I feel very bloated right now!

Breakfast-oatmeal, 2 pieces light toast-5

Lunch-eggplant sandwich-10 pasta salad-5

Dinner-bean salad-3

Snacks-popcorn-3, giant soft pretzel-7

Workout-30 minutes elleptical, 100 situps, arm weights, 30 minutes Wii fit-3

Total points=30
