I need to write things down!!

"When you bite it, write it." That's a WW slogan. I need to start doing that if I am ever going to lose weight. I can't believe I haven't updated this in about a week! Yikes!!

Breakfast- WW english muffin with egg beaters and chees


Lunch- broccoli and cheese soup with oyster crackers


Dinner- 2 small pieces of mystic pizza


Snacks- 100 calorie pack of popcorn


Exercise-30 minutes elleptical, 100 situps, arm and leg weight routine

I feel awful! I am not going to work today and I am in no mood to eat right now. II wanted to go to the gym this morning, hopefully I will feel good enough to go tomorrow.

Breakfast- nothing, I was too tired and sick to eat

Snacks-cheese it's, apple


Dinner-a little spaghetti, salad, 1 piece of garlic bread and a few strawberries.

OMG!

Things have been so crazy at work I have been eating like a pig! When I get stressed, I eat, it's a sickness. I know some people who can't eat when they are stressed, I so wish I was like that! I would weigh a lot less. This morning at 10:30 (the exact time the cafeteria opened downstairs) I had an order of mozzerlla sticks and a Diet Coke. Yuck!
Tomorrow will be better! I promise I will write down everything I eat.

Total 47 points! Wow, I had no idea I ate that many points!! I can't believe I ate that much! Tomorrow, I will do better!

The last two days have been super busy, I didn't write down what I ate yesterday. I don't think it was too much because I was too busy to eat. I had a ton of stuff to get done at work and at home! Today was a little better and I am looking forward to the weekend.

I start tomorrow!

Hi Everyone I am starting my new Weight Watchers blog, I am going to record everything I eat and drink on this blog everyday. I did weight watchers after my daughter Ava was born and I lost 25lbs. I am hoping to lose that much this time! I am calling it Angie's Apple because

1. I am not so creative and it's the only semi catchy name that I could come up with
2. I should an apple everyday because they are healthy and only 1 point!

Wish me luck because I am going to need it!
