I can't believe that I haven't updated this blog in over a week!! I have been doing ok as far as my eating goes, not great but not horrible either.
Anyway, this is what I had to eat today
Breakfast-turkey and cheese on a 100 calorie bagel-5
Lunch-turkey and cheese sub 8
Dinner-1 1/2 tacos-10, bean salad-3
Snacks-1 orange, candy raspberries-3
Workout-30 minutes elliptical, 100 situps, arm weights, 20 minutes Wii fit-3
Total points-27
