Feb. 6

Breakfast-100 calorie bagel, swiss cheese, turkey-5 points
Lunch-1 slice veggie pizza-7
Snack-100 calorie cookies-2
Dinner-I did not count points because I went out with my friends for a girls night but I want to write down everything I ate
1 gin and tonic
eggplant parm dinner, Caesar salad, calamari (sp??) (I split all this with 2 friends)
