October 1

Breakfast-ww english muffin with egg beaters

Lunch- combos and a diet coke ( I was super busy today and went to the grocery store at lunch, I didn't have time to eat a real lunch!!)

Dinner-3 small pieces of pizza at the Little League game, they were little squares

Snacks-peanut m and m's (not Points friendly at all, BTW)
