October 10

I took a much needed day off from work today! I went to the grocery store and loaded up on healthy meals and snacks for the week so hopefully I will keep within my points this week!

Breakfast
WW string cheese-1
Diet coke

Lunch
Eggplant sandwich with cheese, onions, tomato, and lettuce (delish!)-10
Little pasta salad-5

Dinner
WW Soup-2
Italian Bread-4

Snacks
light yogurt-2

Water-6
