"When you bite it, write it." That's a WW slogan. I need to start doing that if I am ever going to lose weight. I can't believe I haven't updated this in about a week! Yikes!!
Breakfast- WW english muffin with egg beaters and chees
Lunch- broccoli and cheese soup with oyster crackers
Dinner- 2 small pieces of mystic pizza
Snacks- 100 calorie pack of popcorn
Exercise-30 minutes elleptical, 100 situps, arm and leg weight routine
