Yesterday was so crazy I didn't write down what I ate, but I think I did ok
Breakfast- egg beaters with ham and cheese-4
Lunch-4 bagel bites and some cool ranch doritos
Dinner-small piece of ham, mashed potatoes, fried zucchini, green beans
Snacks- 100 calorie pack, candy corn
Exercise-30 min. elleptical, 100 situps, arm exercises, 2 mile walk with dogs, 2 mile walk while Ava was at dance
