Back on Track-Day 3

Breakfast-2 waffles, diet coke

Lunch-1/2 turkey and cheese sub, diet coke

Dinner-1/2 piece of chicken parm, 1 piece of garlic bread, a little spaghetti, a couple of bites of pound cake

Snacks-a few nachos with cheese,
